Jamie Kelly
Managing Member
Prior to becoming a Member of Charleston, Kelly & Associates, Jamie Kelly originally joined the Law Office of Lisa A. Charleston as a paralegal in March 2002. While working for the firm, she attended Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law. Jamie received her undergraduate degree from St. Joseph’s University in 2001 and her J.D. from Temple in May 2005. She is currently admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
David Thomas
Managing Member
David is a graduate of Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law. Prior to law school, he attended the University of Delaware and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Journalism. He then spent two years working at the largest national privately-owned investigative firm, where he continued to work through his first two years of law school. David is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In his spare time, David enjoys travelling the country, hiking and fishing as many national parks as possible, along with supporting the local Philadelphia sports teams.

Lisa A. Charleston
Founding Member, Retired
Lisa A. Charleston is a second-generation attorney with decades of experience in commercial collections and creditor representation. While attending Villanova University, she began her career with an international collection agency and later advanced to become Vice President of Marketing for the U.S. division of FCA Internations, Inc. She went on her earn her law degree from Widener University School of Law and practiced with a large Philadelphia law firm, where she managed collection and litigation matters for longstanding clients.
In 1993, Lisa established the Law Office of Lisa A. Charleston, focusing her practice on commercial collection and recovery matters. She later founded Charleston, Kelly & Associates in 2017 and served as the firm’s Principal Managing Member. Under her leadership, the firm continued to expand its work in commercial collections, creditor representation, litigation and post-judgment enforcement. Although now retired from the practice of law, Lisa’s experience, leadership and commitment to client service remain an important part of the firm’s foundation.
Outside of her professional career, Lisa is an avid traveler, cook and fitness enthusiast. She has completed several triathlons and has shared her passion for yoga and wellness with communities both domestically and abroad. She also enjoys spending time with her daughters.
